Videographer & Content Creator
Ian Bradley is a Coventry based film maker with over 10 years of production experience, working across industries with the likes of Rimmel London, British Red Cross and Laura Ashley. adept in videography, editing and photography Ian wears many hats and applies those skills to support individuals in a diverse amount of industries to actualise and elevate there creative goals. a passionate people person Ian’s loves visual storytelling and pulling the narratives out of daily life, he regards himself as a “creative problem solver” who will endeavour to support an idea from conception to completion.

Andrew Moore is Coventry Based photographer and creative designer for print and digital media. He has worked with Ascension Dance capturing shows and workshops for a number of years. HIs skills to capture a moment are greatly appreciated and we hope to continue to work with him for many year to come.

Annalise Cowan-McIntyre
Associate Producer / Project Manager
Originally from Birmingham, Annalise graduated from Coventry University in 2018 with a Bachelor of Arts with Honours First Class in Dance with Professional Enhancement. She was a member of Man Made Youth Company in 2015 to 2016 and since then, has performed for Birmingham Opera Company, Gaby Agis, Mercurial Dance and sirenscrossing as well as curate and choreograph a solo ‘Ecstasy’ for the Follow Me Out Festival 2018 in Coventry. In addition, for a short term in October 2018, Annalise taught and performed at the Ryan International Children’s Festival in Bangalore, India.
From early on in her career, Annalise has worked with Autin Dance Theatre on several of their national and international tours, starting as a Creative Intern in 2016 to now working with the company as Associate Producer, as well as supporting projects and programmes for DanceXchange, Man Made Youth Company and Ascension Dance Company. These have included young people’s programmes, community projects, outreach workshops and platform events. More recently, Annalise produced a digital event called ‘2 Metres Closer’ in July 2020 as part of Beatfreeks Southside Producers.
Annalise worked with Ascension Dance for 3 years across many strand of work. Most notably, being the driving force behind fund raising, partnership development and organisation of the touring our outdoor work “The Other Side” in 2022.

Louise Lomas
Freelance Outdoor Arts Producer
Lou is a Freelance Producer / Project manager working regionally and nationally. Over the years, Lou has worked with: Talking Birds Theatre Company, Appetite Stoke (The Kitchen Programme), Making More Outdoor Arts Council research, Imagineer Productions, Pif-Paf, The Bone Ensemble, Everybody Dance, Theatre Absolute, The Fabularium, Black Country Touring, Frolicked, Shakespeare Birthplace Trust and Ascension Dance Company.
Lou was the associate programmer for the Festival of Imagineers and former senior producer (Advanced programme) for Coventry City of Culture Trust 2021 Bid. More recently, Lou has been working as Associate Producer for Bridge with Imagineer Productions.
In 2018, Lou was the producer of the first-ever "Shop Front festival" in Coventry with Theatre Absolute and Orit Azaz working with local BID Teams, Coventry City of Culture Trust and the Great Places partnership. This project included delivering 60 performances across Coventry city centre, working with businesses, artists, community groups with a regional, national and international profile. Lou is passionate about the development of Outdoor work in Coventry & Warwickshire and supporting companies working in Street Arts and the Outdoor Sector. Lou is currently a Board Member for Outdoor arts UK.
Lou worked with Ascension Dance for on a freelance basis in 2019, 2020 & 2021 across our performance of work. She supported our first ever successful Arts Council England Grant in 2019 for the development of new outdoor piece of work that would later become “The Other Side” as well as the early developments of “Resilient".

Laura Marterere
Photographer / Media Queen
Laura, originally from Latvia, graduated Coventry University in 2019 with a Bachelor of Arts in ‘Media and Communications’. She is currently studying a Masters in ‘21st Century Media Practise’. Laura has always been a passionate dancer and loves to create and capture memories using photography. She was a dancer with Ascension Dance in 2017 as part of Electric Proms - Changing Trax, a project that gave young musician the chance to perform alongside a live orchestra. Since then, Laura has been working with Ascension Dance to in aid in documenting a number of projects such as Males & Traverse.
Laura was previously a Media Intern with Ascension Dance and had a huge hand in shaping the design of this website.
Melissa Jordan
General Manager
Having worked for the last 9 years at Warwick Arts Centre, Melissa joins Ascension Dance as General Manager on a part time basis. Coventry-born she has had an interest in the Arts from a young age, starting dance lessons at the age of 4. She later joined Belgrade Youth Theatre where she learnt more about performance and the creative industries. Melissa started her career in retail, progressing to management before doing an apprenticeship in Cultural and Heritage Venue Operations at Belgrade Theatre. Following this Melissa moved to Warwick Arts Centre as Assistant Sales and Box Office Manager. During this time she has maintained a keen interest in the Arts, interning with local companies. In 2019 she produced Holding the Centre, a hard hitting play staged in the Belgrade Theatre’s studio space.

Melissa has watched Ascension Dance grow over the last few years and is excited to be a part of their journey going forward.
